Malice Retains Heavyweight Championship Against Cobra T.A.
November 14th, 2017
The 6’4 240 monster known as Gideon Malice successfully retained his AIWF/PPW Michigan State Heavyweight Championship against Cobra TA at the Sportatorium in Flushing on Sunday, November 12 2017. Malice is the man who ended Cobra TA’s nearly yearlong title reign this past September in Birch Run. Cobra had been training hard and had high hopes going into the big rematch, however Malice’s size & power proved to be too much for even the “Slithering Powerhouse” to overcome.
Now that Malice has defeated Cobra TA he looks ahead to his next challenger…Impact Wrestling TV star Idris Abraham. Malice is scheduled to defend his crown on December 2 at the VFW in Holland. The last time PPW fans saw Abraham was this past September in Birch Run where he made his debut by defeating Jeff Brooks. Over the past few months Abraham has been making headlines on American TV while defeating some of the best talent in the world. Abraham now looks to knock Malice off this thrown and earn the title of the best wrestler in the State of Michigan.
Malice hasn’t lost a match since July and appears to be in the best shape of his life. He’s been absolutely dominating his challengers, including leaving ROH star Beer City Bruiser lying nearly unconscious in a pool of his own blood. On the flip side, the challenger Abraham is young, athletically gifted, and lightning fast. He has far less experience than Malice, however his accomplishments on TV and across the world tell the tale of how impressive this young wrestler really is. No matter what the outcome, this Michigan State Heavyweight Championship Match between Malice & Abraham on Dec. 2 in Holland is going to be one of the best matches in PPW history.
